True or false... You love the time spent in your kitchen.
After years of supporting busy professionals in designing their homes, we’ve served our fair share of clients who adore cooking... and others who dread time spent inside those four walls (at least until we get done with their space).
Whichever camp you fall in, it’s sure to be highlighted in the coming weeks as the holiday festivities kick into full swing!
And if you find yourself wishing you had a beautiful, new kitchen to bake your pies and prep your turkeys in, you’ll find some amazing inspiration in today’s blog.
Breakfast Nook Bliss

From forgotten formal to fabulous feast zone! In this kitchen, we knocked down walls (and stuffy dining traditions) to create this sun-soaked spot where pajamas are always welcome. Now, you can flip pancakes while flipping through your social feed, all without missing a beat.
I love picturing our clients here — enjoying a leisurely Sunday brunch, sipping coffee while doing a crossword puzzle before work, or chatting late into the evening with a steaming cup of something cozy to drink.
Here are a couple more stunning shots of this jaw-dropping kitchen…

Crush-Worthy Cabinets

Of course, breakfast nooks aren’t the only star of the show in kitchens designed by our team!
From every angle, this cabinet looks gorgeous while storing all of our clients’ serveware and drinkware. One of my favorite parts of designing homes is finding unique ways to display our client's most precious mementos. Whether it’s wedding china, family heirlooms, or just pieces that hold fond memories, your special items deserve to live where you can enjoy them daily.
Mosaic Masterpiece

Another unexpected showstopper of our clients’ kitchens: backsplashes!
This is the backsplash that almost didn't happen. There was a moment when we were working with our clients to select finishes for their new kitchen, and although they loved this mosaic tile, they hesitated when we suggested it go up the entire wall.
However, I can be very persuasive (when I know I'm right), and luckily, they went for it. I love that they were willing to take a risk with these tiles, which beautifully complement their blue island!
